We had a fantastic time at the hotel, which is conveniently located close to the city center and just a stone's throw away from the gondola. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. the staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. the breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. We particularly enjoyed the superb indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. the lobby bar was a great place to unwind and the prices were reasonable.
The hotel lacks a dedicated ski room.

Staff and facilities etc were perfect. Amigo Pub, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. Ideal base for vacation in Bansko

Great Spa experience, the perfect location and a stunning view from the room!
The Spa was the highlight of my stay - great massages and plentiful facilities. the location was just as I wanted - close to the main town center and right on the hillside for a fantastic view from the window. I couldn't get enough of waking up to the stunning view of the hills. The natural and quiet atmosphere of the place was a great getaway from the busy city center.
Although the view was amazing and the location was perfect, the cleanliness of the room could have been a little better as there was some dust in some areas. The WiFi was not very efficient and needed to be reconnected every now and then.
